Lake Martin offers one of the best Striped Bass fisheries in the U.S.  With 44,000 acres of water and 750 miles of shoreline the fishing possibilities are endless. The Alabama Department of Natural Resources releases over 100,000 striped bass fingerlings into Martin each year. So, there's plenty of fish out there. Depending on the time of year, we'll drop bait or troll for schoolie stripes that range from five to fifteen pounds. We might even get into a bigger fish that will test the state record of 55 pounds.
